Решил проверить если mod_rewrite включен
Нашел в интернете что надо написать в .htaccess
RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule ^.*$ test.php
и если все страницы будут отображаться как test.php то он включен, да все заработало... значит он у меня включен но при других изменении все же дает ошибку Internal Server Error , к примеру если пишу в .htaccess
