Недалеко в логах было сказано что эта проблема возникла из-за флагов, коих у меня два:
php_flag display_errors on
php_value error_reporting 9999
ну и гугл подсказал что проблема в неподключенном модуле DSO.
Вопрос: Что это за модуль и как его подключить?
